Project Overview
This project involved creating and optimizing Google My Business (GMB) profiles for three clients across different industries — healthcare, retail, and digital marketing. The goal was to help each business become fully discoverable, verified, and trusted on Google Search & Maps.
The Problem
Each client faced the same core challenge: their business had little to no presence on Google Search or Maps. This meant:
- Potential customers couldn’t find their location, contact number, or working hours easily
- No verified badge, which reduced trust with new customers
- Incomplete or missing business information (categories, address, photos)
- Jaydeep Hospital specifically needed separate, accurate listings for each of its 4 branches — without proper setup, patients were struggling to find the right branch
- VDvibe Marketing Agency needed a listing that correctly represented service across multiple regions (Canada, Australia, and more) rather than a single physical address
My Solution
I handled the complete GMB setup and optimization process for each business:
- Created fresh Google Business Profiles from scratch for all listings
- Set up accurate business information — name, category, address, hours, and contact details
- Completed the full Google verification process for every listing
- Wrote keyword-optimized descriptions to support local SEO
- Uploaded professional photos to build a stronger first impression
- Structured Jaydeep Hospital’s 4 branches as separate, individually verified listings so patients can find the correct location instantly
- Configured VDvibe Marketing Agency’s profile with the correct multi-region service-area settings
Case 1: Jaydeep Hospital
Jaydeep Hospital operates 4 branches across Ahmedabad. Each branch now has its own dedicated, fully verified Google Business Profile — including a specialty listing for their Pediatric Surgery department and a separate listing for their Children’s Hospital in Naroda.
Case 2: Khamma Dresses & VDvibe Marketing Agency
Khamma Dresses, a local retail clothing store, and VDvibe Marketing Agency, a service-based business operating across multiple regions, were both set up and verified — showing that the same GMB optimization process adapts well across very different business models.
